“CE” and “G” marking Two basic activities required by the Construction Products Regulation are required.
1-Initial Type Test: The activity of the manufacturer or notified body to check whether the product is designed in accordance with the conformity verification system.
2-Factory Production Control System: The manufacturer is designed to meet the production conditions and location to meet the basic safety requirements.
The issue that determines which of these two activities is the producer and which is one of the activities to be carried out by the Ministry is called the Conformity Confirmation System.
Activities to Create G Sign:
- Current Situation Determination:
- A preliminary examination is carried out for the proper design of the G-Mark infrastructure.
2. Job Programming:
- Detailed time, date and responsibilities for all work phases
Work Program is prepared.
- Education:
- Basic trainings are given to employees on G Sign. - Organization:
- The project team is formed.
- Business organization and responsibilities are determined. - Documentation and Application:
- The product directive is determined,
- The national standard for the product is determined,
- the method and the Notified Body are required to determine the conformity of the product with the relevant safety requirements of the standard,
- Studies are carried out for the safety requirements of the product, records are created and maintained,
- Declaration of Conformity and required documents are prepared after conformity assessment,
- If the Notified Body is required, the necessary organization is made for the inspection of the product. - Preliminary Examination:
- Preliminary inspections are carried out to determine the missing and insufficient points and corrective action is taken for these nonconformities.
